Returns

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Items unless marked otherwise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping), so long as they are returned in their original packaging in new (resaleable) condition along with a copy of the sales receipt. 

Please notify us before making any returns: Simply let us know your name, order number and reason for return by writing us at: chris@woodentoys.com

Orders that are returned within 30 days will receive a refund of the purchase price: shipping fees are not refundable. If your order received free shipping, this freight amount will be deducted from any return. A restocking fee of at least 5% may apply. The product packaging as well as the product itself must be intact in new, resaleable condition or a minimum fee of $5.00 will be deducted from the refund.

EXCHANGES

We are not able to make exchanges. Please place a new order. We can issue a  credit that may be used towards a new order, if you prefer.

Please include a copy of the original packing list with your shipment, and indicate whether you would prefer a store credit, exchange or refund (all refunds will be made to the card presented in making the transaction). We suggest that you add delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for packages returned to us.

A shipping carton separate from the product's packaging must be used for return shipments.

PROBLEMS?


Problems with an order, such as items damaged in transit or missing or incorrect items, must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Please write to us at: chris@woodentoys.com.

In the event of breakage or misshipment, replacements will be shipped only to the original shipping address. Orders placed using a coupon will be issued a refund or store credit in the event of damage: a replacement can not be sent.
