General Policy
We normally ship within 1 to 3 business days from the time your order is received, except custom order items and imported items such as kitchen playset and German made dollhouse. These items sometimes take 3 - 7 weeks for delivery. If in doubt, please contact us.
Shipping Policy

Standard: Ground shipping by UPS or Priority Mail by USPS
Express: UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3day Select
Overnight: UPS Next Day Air or USPS Next Day Service

Taxes
We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in New York state.
It will be charged on the total price (product plus shipping).
Credit Card, Business or Certified Checks are accepted.

Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, and you wish to return it, we charge 15% restocking fee. Personalized items are not cancelable.

Our Guaranty
Your product(s) is packed professionally to secure the maximum protection from the transit damage.
If you find the product delivered was damaged, please leave the product and all the packing materials (cardboard, paper, bubbles, etc) in the box. And contact us immediately

The carrier will not accept the insurance claim unless the product is in the original packaging. If the product you received is obviously defective due to manufacture?s production , please contact us immediately. The replacement will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
Return Policy
For product damage, either in transit or defective, contact us immediately. We will report to the carrier to pick up the product (call tag arrangement).
We accept credit only for return items within a week from the date of your receipt of product. Return item(s) must be in an appropriate condition and in the original package. Return shipment is at your cost.
