Is this site secured?

Yes, our site is 100% secure site. Your information including CC numbers, home address, etc. are fully protected.

How long has Wood Workers Toy been established?

We opened our retail store in 1991 and the on-line business has been established since 1997. You will find details about our company at COMPANY INFO on the home page.

Can I get a discount?

Yes, we will offer the following discounts:

1.      10% off* for educational institutes and organizations such as nurseries, kinder gardens, elementary schools and specialty schools. Send us a proof of certificate via fax 914-666-0354 or email at woodentoys@att.net

2.      Shipping cost** would be waived if you would pick up your ordered item(s). Write, “Pick up” at the special instruction box on the order section.

3.      You will find many discounted items on our site.

Is there any warranty on the product?

There is no warranty. Most of our wooden toys are made by small toy craftsmen/women all over the world. They do not put a warranty on the toys. However, we at Wood Workers Toy, stand the quality and guarantee products we sell on our site. Please feel free to call us should you have any problem of the toys you purchased from us. We will replace toys to make your child happy.
